At Yuubi, the chef’s specials include Albacore Tataki seared with ponzu sauce, tomato, jalapeno, and tobiko; a Butterfish Carpaccio with jalepeno, ikura, and miso sauce, and a Hamachi Carpaccio with avocado, jalapeno, and ponzu sauce. And that is just the beginning of the menu.

You can move on to noodles, with either ramen or the thicker wheat flour noodles, udon. Try shrimp, chicken, or veggie yaki with either of the noodles, or perhaps both. For a unique treat, we’d recommend the zaru soba, chilled buckwheat noodles with dipping sauce, served cold. And then there are the specialities: sashimi or nigiri. Choose from different varieties inside the tuna, jack and salmon, whitefish and mackerel, shellfish and eel, or roe and such families, the last one of which includes octopus.
