When you have an account, you’ll be able to track your orders, mark your favorites, specify your preferences, and earn WaiterPoints towards free food or merchandise. You’ll also need an account to use the mobile app.
*We still recommend registering for an account even if your company does not require you to log in to order a meal. You will have added features and can save your personal preferences & settings, as well as the ability to use the mobile app to order on the go.
*If your company does not require you to log in to order, check your company intranet or with your administrator for a link to your company’s Virtual Cafe / Custom Cafe page.
If you are not logged in and your company allows you to select items without being logged in, you will see all items that have been selected for this meal service, which includes items that may have been added by your co-workers. To know which items are yours, enter your name in the “Ordered For” field when you are making the item selection and it will show up next to each selected item. This is good practice as we will also label your food when it is delivered to make it easy to find.
If you are logged in and see extra items, you may remove them until the cutoff time.
