The Fine Print

1. Waiter.Points are earned by placing actual food orders on the Waiter.com Internet site. Each Waiter.com user profile account will receive 50 Waiter.Points for each dollar of food ordered online from that user account. (Corporate Delivery Orders delivered by uniformed Waiter.com drivers earn 100 Waiter.Points for each dollar ordered online.)
2. Waiter.Points may be redeemed by submitting a request online at redeem WaiterPoints. Awards are delivered via First Class mail.
3. A maximum of one award may be redeemed per Waiter.Points account per month.
4. Users may not combine Waiter.Points with other Waiter.com Waiter.Points accounts.
5. Once issued, prize certificates, merchandise or other awards are non-returnable. Lost, mutilated, destroyed or stolen awards once issued will not be replaced.
6. Unredeemed Waiter.Points will expire and be deducted from your Account at the end of the third calendar year after the year in which they are earned.
7. Awards and prizes are subject to availability. Waiter.com reserves the right to substitute prizes of equivalent value.
8. Waiter.com reserves the right to change the program rules at any time, including the accumulation of points and the redemption value of awards. Waiter.com reserves the right to end the Waiter.Points program with six months notice.
