Join our Team at Taxi's
At Taxi's we realize our future growth depends upon attracting and retaining quality team members. We are looking for bright, energetic, and positive people who want to be a part of this expanding new concept. Since we are opening many new restaurants in the coming months, opportunities are opening throughout the Bay Area and beyond.
General Managers: Responsible for overall restaurant operations. Although all employees will receive hands on training, our General Managers must have prior experience as a General or Assistant Manager in the restaurant industry. Duties will include scheduling, ordering, payroll and inventory. As the leader of the store the GM is responsible for motivating our crew and making Taxi's a fun environment for employees and guests alike. Most of all our General Managers must enjoy servicing our guests!
Assistant Managers: Responsible for running shifts and sharing operational responsibilities with the General Manager. Our Assistant Managers will receive extensive training and require little or no restaurant management experience. Although some restaurant experience is helpful, many have been managers of retail businesses, cooks, or have worked unrelated fields. Our assistants must be responsible, willing to learn, and enjoy working with people. We usually have two assistants per store with different levels of experience.
Servers/Cashiers: No experience necessary! We will train all new team members the Taxi's way. All you must have is a great attitude, be responsible, a willingness to learn and work hard, and a smile. High school students must have a work permit. Full time and part time available.
Cooks/Kitchen: Once again we will train our cooks our system however our line cooks need prior cooking experience. Many of our cooks have worked themselves up from within our system. We also have positions for prep cooks and dishwashers that require no experience.

Palo Alto: Servers/Cashiers
San Mateo: Assistant Manager, Servers/Cashiers, Cooks/Kitchen
Walnut Creek: Assistant Manager, Cooks/Kitchen
