Taxi's History
The company was founded by Jeffrey Neustadt and incorporated in 1990 with the first restaurant opening in San Mateo in November of 1991. Along with Jeffrey Neustadt, many consultants and advisors were used to develop the theme, the menu, the decor and basic procedures. Taxi's expansion in the Bay Area has been kept at a conservative pace having just opened it's fourth store in 1997. It is this intentional slow pace which has allowed the management to fine tune the operation to insure long term success in the future. |
